A client called and asked for some files. Since this was my first contact with this particular client, I asked for her email. About half way through instead of saying A-P-R… she started saying H-Hotel-Sierra-India…
Needless to say, I was quite confused and ended up giving her my email instead. It wasn't until she was confirming my email that I realized what was going on.
I guess that's one of the differences between School District clients and Military Clients. It's a whole other language
