Becerra’s lawsuit says the DACA program approved by former President Obama is legal and that its repeal violates due process rights and will hurt the state’s economy.
This is what confuses me. Regardless of how you feel on the issue, to argue that to repeal Obama's executive order is unconstitutional (or illegal in any way) seems to be a misunderstanding of American law.
