Once a month (or so) we have an office breakfast where one employee makes breakfast for the entire office (about 11 people). It finally has come back around to my turn and I need to decide what to make. The standards are high and we don't have an oven in our kitchenette but we do have a microwave and electric stovetop.
SO what ideas do you have or what's your favorite from this list otr others? There are a couple of conditions: one person is vegan and another doesn't eat pork, so I will have to prepare something for their diets too but that could be separate dishes or special made plates.
