This is actually disappointing. First, this book series is easily four awesome movies in the making. Second SyFy sucks. They sucked at stuff when they were SciFi, now they suck in worse ways. Third, the description tells me they just borrowed the concept and name recognition and are going to make the show whatever they want.
And Ghost Brigade? They should have stuck with Old Man's War or even The Human Division. Whatever, maybe in a few years someone will make a decent movie. Heck, this may fall through too and we can avoid tainting the books.
