This is the coffee my wife likes to drink. Since she's pretty regular about how long it will last, I thought I'd give Amazon's Subscribe & Save option a try.
Well, the first size I signed up for seems to have been discontinued so I switched to another size. Now the typical price for this is around $12.50 but I've seen it on sale lately for $8.70, much like it is right now.
So it was reasonable for me to assume that I would get the current price of &8.70 (same price back when I subscribed) when my subscription was fulfilled. Unfortunately, Amazon thought it was best to charge me $11.95 ($12.58 – 5% discount).
I quickly canceled that subscription order (in-transit) and ordered off the site at the current price. Saving me $3.75. As a result, I will never use the Subscribe & Save option nor will I get one of those Dash Buttons.
